The tiger began with a steel structure and base plate then covered in high density foam.		Once the detailed foam modeling was completed layers of fiberglass and resin were built up to the tigers final form.
The tiger was then prepped and coated with the highest quality automotive finishes. The line painting and details were completed by the artist at DCM's facilities. These finishes were chosen for maximum durability in its outdoor destination.		The tiger was then installed in the park and enjoyed by thousands of visitors.
